Because permit fees are non-refundable once purchased, any cancellation after permits have been booked will forfeit that portion of your payment. Cancellation terms for accommodation and other services vary by supplier and are outlined in your specific booking confirmation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
Primate trekking involves physical activity in remote forest terrain. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your ability to trek safely, and for carrying any personal medication you require. Certain activities have minimum age requirements set by national park authorities, which we will confirm at booking.
Comprehensive travel insurance, covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation and personal belongings, is required for all our trips. We can recommend providers on request but do not sell insurance directly.
We take reasonable care in selecting reputable local partners, guides and accommodation providers. We are not responsible for delays, losses or itinerary changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, park authority decisions, flight schedules or local conditions.
